We would like to inform that the event space is not specifically set up for children, but we understand the challenges of childcare and we will work to accomodate the little ones.

Getting There

We want to make sure everyone arrives relaxed and ready to celebrate! To help you plan ahead, here are all the options we recommend:

🚌 Our Wedding Shuttle (free)

We have arranged a complimentary shuttle service for our friends and family. If you are staying nearby or can easily use public transport, we kindly ask you to allow those who may need the shuttle more to have priority - we appreciate your thoughtfulness!

To the Wedding

If you wish to use the shuttle service to reach the wedding venue, please let us know via the RSVP form. Should your plans change after submitting your RSVP, simply email us at wedding.shuttle@apt.lat.

We will confirm your pick-up time the day before, based on your location. Please be ready 10 minutes in advance - we would not want you to miss a moment of the celebration!

After the Party

Shuttle available from 00:00-02:00.

You will be dropped right back at your stay.

Marathon Update

Despite our best planning efforts, the Berlin Marathon is happening a weekend earlier than expected when we booked our venue. The marathon is on Sunday, September 21 (the day after our wedding), but we’ve prepared for this!

What this means for you:

  • Saturday (wedding day): Everything runs normally - no marathon impact
  • Sunday morning: Some central streets will be closed for runners
  • Public transport: Actually runs MORE frequently on marathon weekend
  • Our shuttle service: Fully operational and unaffected

Realistic expectations for Sunday:

  • If you’re leaving Sunday, allow extra time to reach the airport or train station
  • Cafés along the marathon route may be busier than usual
  • The atmosphere will be lively - 40,000 runners make for quite a spectacle!
  • Hotels are used to marathon weekends and can advise you on the best routes

We will monitor any updates closely and share further details here. By August 2025, we will provide maps and practical guidance to help you navigate the weekend with ease.

The good news? Most of you will be sleeping in after the party when the marathon starts at 9 AM! 😊
